Landscape Crew Member

As a Graczyk Lawn & Landscape Crew Member, you will be responsible for the proper, efficient, and timely completion of projects.

Project responsibilities include: landscape installation, landscape maintenance, planting, mulching, construction of paver patios/ outdoor living spaces, segmental retaining walls, ponds and water features, and low-voltage lighting. You will be responsible for communicating the day-to-day accomplishments and problems to clients, crew members, and superiors. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and may require you to work outside normal working hours. Competitive wages include company-match 401K plan, heath insurance, and paid vacation and holidays. Construction or agricultural background is a plus, but is not required, as we will train the right people. This role has the potential to grow into a manager/foreman position with experience.

Requirements:

  • Valid and insurable Driver's License
  • Good eye for detail
  • Team Player with the future ability to manage a team
  • Positive and solutions-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment including backhoes, skid steers, as well as power tools, etc. (plus but not required)
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the position including: regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, crouching, stoop/kneeling, and reaching with hands and arms
