Lawn Mowing Technician

Graczyk Lawn & Landscape, an award-winning company based in Kearney, has an exciting opening for a full-time lawn mowing team member. We are looking for a long-term, highly motivated, and responsible person to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a career-minded individual who loves the green industry. We will train the right person. Year-round, off-season work is a possibility with snow removal, Christmas light installation, fall lawn work, Curb-It installation, and hardscaping.


A very fast paced, high production position with weekly mowing and string trimming of commercial and residential properties.

Job Skills

  • Ability to show up on time, every day, ready to work
  • Ability to learn and master tasks quickly and safely
  • Physically able to walk many miles in a day, often times in high heat and humidity
  • Physically able to lift 80 pounds in a safe manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Past mowing/trimming experience a plus, but will train the right person
  • Must have a team attitude and be flexible in which division you may fit into at different times of the year
  • Must have a valid, current driver's license and driving record acceptable to our insurance provider
